Good news everyone, I got the job! I went to my second interview yesterday evening and it went really well. I met the chef and we spoke about what my job would consist of. At this job, I will be working in a little pub inside of Blackbaud Stadium at Charleston Battery. Their main goal in hiring culinary students was to have people who wanted to be in the kitchen, work there; and so the chef wouldn’t have to be there all the time. I really believe this job will help me in working on my multi-tasking skills; I will be handling the back of the house by myself. On the side, I also will be helping the chef cater events. I start my training next Thursday, can’t wait!
