My sister and I made these wonderful cheese and herb souffles for my mom for Mother’s Day. We cleaned the house and prepared all the meals for her. For dinner, we then made asparagus soup and chicken breasts with a classic french sauce. If you ever try making souffles, give yourself two hours cooking time. I had never made souffles before, so I had no idea how long they took. We ended up not eating until lunchtime! They were so worth the wait though.
